My Transgressions.

Job:14-17.

My offenses will be sealed up in a bag you will cover over my sin.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, God does not hang out our confessed sins out for public display.
He seals them up so that no one can get a look at them.
David wrote in Psalms:103-12, As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed the sins from us.
This was David's way of discribing inifinity. It is endless immeasurable and continuous.
Some may say, I accept that God has forgiven me of my sins, but I have great fear that I will fall back into them.
Dear child of God, remember God not only removes the sinner from his sins, but removes the sin from the sinner also.

Are you that Donkey.

Luke:19-30-31.

Go to the village ahead of you, as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. If anyone asks you,
"Why are you untying it"? tell Him, "The Lord needs it".

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, of all the animals Jesus wanted the untameable donkey.

The donkey was tied in a place where two ways met. Every child of God has two ways. Your way and God's way.
The donkey was an untamed animal but when Jesus sat on it, its direction its ways completely changed.
If God has not changed you to-day my child - the reason is that you have not realized that you are a wild donkey.
God wants people with the degree FWBDN i.e. FOOLISH, WEAK, BASE, DESPISED NOT.
Dont let your pride be the greatest hinderance for God to work in you.

Living Hope.

1 Peter:1-3.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, we get the living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
If Jesus comes when we are still alive - we will be changed and transformed even if we get caught up in the Rapture. But if we want to become rich great or famous in this world - all the hopes that you build to become great, will come to an end with your death.
Child of God, what type of hope do you have? Is it a lively hope or a dead hope?
Only those who have a lively hope can be lively Christians.

Weeping.

1 Samuel:30-4.

So David and his men wept aloud until they had no strength left to weep.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, People think weeping is a human weakness - weeping in the presence of God is one of our mightiest weapons.
David wept in the presence of God and was therefore encouraged in the Lord. This is what happens when we pour out our heart to the Lord in sincerity - He will restore us.
Dear child of God, are you going through a weeping period now? Do you feel you have lost your prayer life - your walk with God? Do not be discouraged all you have to do is lift up your heart and cry to God with all your strength. God will restore all that you have lost, and He will give you more - so that you may be a blessing to others.

Image of God.

Hebrews:1-3.

The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by His powerful word.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children,

My dear children, Christ was the image and character of the Father.
Similarly the Lord wants us too, to show the image of Christ, to the world. HOW? by working in the fruits of the Spirit.
By revealing Christ to the world we will see His glory shinning brightly in this dark world.
Are we revealing Christlikeness to those around us?

Lost Everything.

Hebrews:10-34.

You sympathized with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, perhaps you have recently lost your money, home property, job or something that was precious to you.
Remember you have not lost your God, the Author and Owner of all spritual and material blessings. His divine power has given us everything we need.
So let not the loss of earthly things upset us or make us doubt the goodness and faithfulness of our God.

Glory of God.

John:17-21.

That they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that you sent me.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, Jesus is the centre of gravity - we must allow ourselves to be pulled into the unity, in Christ Jesus, which is the Church.
When we get together as one family of God - the world will have to recognize Jesus here on earth. It will not be by our doctrine or our book, but by our holding together as a united core of believers around the Lord Jesus Christ - that the glory of God will be seen again.

Words of Comfort.

1 Thessalonians 4-18.

Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, It is difficult to continue to believe in yourself when everything you do or say is wrong.
No one is entirely imperfect. All have something worth commending.
God does not delight in pointing out our weakness. He delights in pointing out our strength. Even in the midst of our stumbling - He finds something worthy to encourage us on with praise.
This is also our responsibility. The New Testment tells us to edify and to comfort one another.

Baptism

Matthew:3-11.

I baptized you with water for repentance. But after me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandles I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, John the Baptist introduces Jesus as the "BAPTIZER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT."
John also says - He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
The Ministry of Jesus as a baptizer in the Holy Spirit is mentioned in all the four gospels.
We also find that the Holy Spirit was the sole source of power for the entire Ministry of Jesus.
He waited for the Holy Spirit to come upon Him, before He started Ministry.
Dear child of God, Jesus said, I don't leave you as orphans but I will come to you.
"The source and the power of the Ministry of Jesus on earth was the Holy Spirit."
So let us pray for the Holy Spirit to be with us to teach us and guide us through out our life.

Word of God.

Psalm:33-6.

By the word of the Lord were the heavens made their starry host by the breath of his mouth.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, creation of the universe came to being by the word of the Lord
and the Spirit of the Lord or the Holy Spirit.
We read in Genesis-1, that the Spirit of the Lord was hoveing over the waters - The word "hovering" suggests a bird.
Many times in Scripture, the Holy Spirit is identified as being the heavenly dove.
God's presence covers the entire universe. There is nowhere that you can go and be hidden from God. No distance can hide you from Him. God is everywhere - He knows all that is happening in every place.

By His Word.

Psalm:33-6

By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, their starry host by the breath of His mouth.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, creation of the universe came to being by the word of the Lord and the Spirit of the Lord or the Holy Spirit.
We read in Genesis-1, that the Spirit of the Lord was hoveing over the waters.
The word "hovering" suggest a bird. Many times in scripture, the Holy Spirit is identified as being the heavenly dove. God's presence covers the entire universe.

The Holy Spirit has been active in the universe from creation onwards.

Built up in Christ.

Colossians:2-7.

Rooted and built up in Him strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing wih thankfulness.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, rooted and built up in Him - being family members of God's household, to being framed together as god's living temple.

The spritual temple is the first evident product of God's program of getting us together.
The true Church is people filled with the Holy Spirit - when they come together they form a dwelling place for God Himself, for God dwells in His Church on the earth.
His communication and acts are proformed through that church.
Dear child of God, The Father loved the Church, the Son died for the Church and the Holy Spirit dwells in that Church.
So let us pray that we His children, be rooted and built up in Him.

Worship.

Philippians:3-3.

For it is we who are the circumcision, we who worship by the Spirit of God, who glory in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the faith.

Sharing of the word.

My dear children, the word "worship" points to a person "worship god"
worship the lord and worship Jesus are all scriptual commands.
Worship also helps us experience God's presence, and who God is.
It flows from God's Spirit who is resident in the spirit of man.
Praise is redeemed man calling to God, while worship is God's calling to redeemed men. Praise often has its origins in the soul, but true worship will always originate in the Spirit.
Dear children, God is Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth.

Temple of God.

2 Corinthians:6-16.

What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said, I will live with them and walk among them and I will be their God and they will be my people.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, In the Old Testment God told Moses - I will walk among you, and will be your God and you shall be my people.
When this verse was quoted in the New Testment the AMONG became IN.
I will dwell IN them, and walk in them.
What do we learn from this? He (God) desires to have continuous relationship with us. He wants to dwell in us and walk in us, and be our God in a most intimate form of communion.

Be Perfect.

Matthew 5:48.

Be perfect therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, Heaven is never spoken of as the goal of Christian living but the perfection and character - Holiness is taught by Christ.
Today the Holy Spirit conforms, molds and shapes individuals into the likeness and image of God.
We are being changed into Christ's image from glory to glory - God will not cease
His working in us until we are made perfect in Him.
So child of God, don't lose sight of the true objective, for the Holy Spirit our teacher whom God has given us is with us, to teach us and direct us in our daily life.

Rejoice.

Psalm:97-12.

Rejoice in the Lord, you who are righteous and praise his Holy Name.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, Prayer is usually understood as being concerned with our needs.
Praise is concerned with our blessings, while worship is concerned with God Himself.
The key to worship is to give, not to get. True worship gives glory to the Lord, it does not seek to get glory from Lord.
A worshiper comes to God not to be blessed but to bless, to enter god's presence as an admirer.
Dear child of god, As true worshipper we rejoice in praising and giving glory unto
God.

Guard your Heart.

Psalms:46-3-4

Though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging there is a river whose streams made glade the city of God, the Holy place where the Most High dwells.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, we may wonder why some people always shout, get angry and are always in a rage.
When your heart is troubled you unnecessarily get upset over little things.
Dear child of God, we blame others for our problems, because our heart is not resting in Jesus.
Psalm 37:11 says, the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace.
How do you face the trials and troubles in your life.
When our heart is right with God everything will fit in the right place like a jigsaw puzzle.
So lets pray and ask God for a heart filled with His love that overcomes all the work of the enemy.

Supernatural Mind.

Hebrews:11-3

By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, Christians grow in faith because the bible teaches us to believe in the unseen rather than the seen.
Without faith all our understanding of spritual matters is but misunderstanding.
Faith is called a supernatural brain which is activated by the Holy Spirit.
Once faith comes into our heart, our understanding becomes unlimited - like the ocean.
However when faith is gone, spritual understanding is dead.
Faith is so important - God's word makes a man throughly fit physically, spritually emotionally etc.
Dear child of God, if we cannot trust God for our material needs how can we trust Him for our spritual needs. Lets pray that God will pour forth His faith into our lives that we may grow to know Him more.

Storms in our lives.

Isaiah:40-12.

Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand or with the breath of his hand marked off the heavens? Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighted the mountains on the scales and the hills in a balance?

Sharing of the word:

My dear children, this word encourages those who are going through trials.
When we go through trials we usually refer to them as waters, storms, floods etc.,
Let us think for a moment - if all the waters in the universe can be held in the hollow of one hand of our Almighty God, then our trials are like a drop of water in the ocean. It can in no way ruin our spritual life.
Dear child of god, don't ever forget you are upheld in a mighty hand.
Isaiah:41-10 says, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Our loving Lord's hands are so broad and powerful that no devil can pluck us out of them.
So my dearest, instead of looking at your problems - look at the greatness of our God, instead of looking at our weakness - look at the strength of our God, instead of looking at the limitations - look at the unlimited grace of our God.
We have a god who is so wonderful and who makes our lives wonderful.
